Chaa’s Diary: May 13, 2025

Sometimes, our small fears and lack of confidence create unnecessary inconvenience for others. At times, our insecurity drives us to become defensive and overly talkative. As a result, we may lose sight of why we are even having a conversation or what we are trying to prove.

In moments like these, I remind myself of the kind of words I want to speak: words of wisdom, knowledge, and love. These are not just for self-improvement, but also to maintain clarity about my own worth.

I firmly believe that if we don’t value ourselves, we cannot truly love, help, or support others.

I will be your listener and your provocateur, helping you recognize your unique value. Pay me, and I will give my best—this is my life’s work. Together, we can better define and understand how we feel and why we sometimes feel overwhelmed. I will help you articulate your emotions and express your feelings through different words, making them known in a way that resonates.

As Eric Margolis said, “Changing words is acceptable; changing your true feelings is not.”

God says, “I will give up whole nations to save your life” (Isaiah 43:7).
