Today I met Mr. Watanabe, who oversees certain high schools in Nagano Prefecture, along with our Ueda Mayor and two close friends. We had a wonderful exchange of ideas about education and how to make our city a richer place for learning.
Talking with such educated, experienced, and distinguished people left me feeling humbled, inspired, and grateful to be noticed and included. God is good.
To stay motivated and keep our hearts open to learning, we need to make time to connect with those who are paving new paths for others. Passion alone isn’t enough—we need guidance and community.
It’s essential—not optional—to know from whom we want to learn, and to make the effort to approach them, if we truly want to create real change.
I love my today!
