I had an argument with certain people today.
I want to speak and discuss with those who hold leadership roles and higher positions. If I believe something needs to be corrected or addressed, I will not remain silent. At the same time, I am willing to learn.
I am learning to control my fear of speaking up and to express what I believe is best, while also considering the right time, place, and occasion (TPO). My goal is not to simply follow the majority, but to seek the betterment of both sides.
