Awareness is the starting point.
When you become aware—
especially if something may be morally or ethically wrong—
talk to someone.
If not,
your emotions will sit on a shaky foundation.
Change without awareness is short-lived.
Change that begins from just a fleeting feeling or reaction—
often ends just as quickly.
And many fall that way.
To interrupt without observing first—
is dangerous.
It can quietly grow into a bad habit.
People say,
“You can’t please everyone.”
But for me—
if we learn to know ourselves,
if we live to do good,
if we keep moving forward—
we don’t have to please anyone.
We become something more—
energy,
motivation,
meaning—
for someone.
