Today, I found myself thinking about four people I will be working closely with.
As I see them up close, I notice not only their talents but also their hearts.
I truly believe that taking the time to get to know those you work with—really understanding who they are—is essential.
For myself, I’ve been entrusted with a new position. I want to learn about each person and appreciate their gifts. The more I know about their strengths, the more I pray that God will help me speak and lead with intention, care, and humility.
