Knowledge is the key. Today, I felt like I was experiencing it in its rawest form. Knowledge is about loving others—loving through actions, not just words. Yet, I found myself at a loss for what to say. Actions truly speak louder than words.
At one point, I realized I had walked away from an ongoing conversation—not physically, but mentally. My thoughts and feelings had distracted me from truly listening to the person right in front of me.
I came across a note today that struck a chord:
“Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry.”
It made me reflect on how often we miss the essence of communication when we fail to create space for each other. When there’s no room for listening, people end up saying things that don’t match their true intentions.
Today’s tasks, both personal and professional, felt overwhelming—almost impossible. But I reminded myself that God’s understanding and ability go far beyond what I can manage on my own. I learned something valuable: whether it’s adults or kids, saying “sorry” after reflecting on our actions is never easy, but it’s incredibly beautiful.
I also realized that sometimes, when I put off tasks, it’s not because I’m careless or find them troublesome—it’s often because I’m not confident or feel scared. Acknowledging this made me feel more at peace with myself.
Today was tough, but I fought through it with a hard-fought
“Amen.”
